2001 Football OSU vs Arizona

Hello Beaver Fans!

Late again with this, but hey! I am still in there swingin. Lets hope that our Beavers will be in there swingin Saturday night when Arizona comes to Corvallis.

Arizona is 3-2 and is on 2 game losing streak and a 7 game conference losing streak going back to last year. The wildcats have shown a weakness to the passing game, giving up 258 ypg to OSU's 227.8 ypg. The Cats also have dropped from 24th nationally to 52nd againest the run in the last two games by giving up 420 yards rushing. Both teams are giving up 34 points per game, but the cats are scoring 29 ppg to the Beavers 21 ppg. 

If the Beavers can make the passing game work early it should open up the rushing game. This is a game we should win folks. The wildcats are a team in transition with a new head coach and a new system.

So cheer hard Saturday night for our Beavers. Lets start a new winning streak that will extend to the end of the season.
